phew, it’s already monday, where did the weekend go? i have been working some more on my bird postcards and hope to have them ready soon. the owl illustration i showed you some time ago has changed and now there’s two owls sitting on the branch…it’s a bit too cartoon like at the moment - but getting there. the other one is a new one i’m still working on.

hope your monday is treating you well!

- gracia: thank you gracia. they are hard to capture though - flying birds : ) wish i could photograph more birds (good excuse to visit the zoo soon!)
- nathalie: thanks! well normally i’m not very organized but i knew that i would regret it, if i didn’t do it properly : )
- anna: yeah it was…but it took so long! would never have guessed it would - but now i have a really good idea of how the colors come out and that’s great!
- melanie: hi melanie, thanks for your comment : ) glad you liked the photos!
- ali: hello ali! i’m happy to know you stop by from time to time - i hope you are well : )
- a.: yep, a movie night indeed : )
- kristi: i like those buttons as well, they make the shirt more country and western and i like that : ) thanks for your kind words about my wardrobe!
- sekimachihato: they are very comfy. NE is back on his feet - i’m convinced it was the omelet that cured him ; ) i only noticed that the entire photo was full of blue shades after i took the photo. ps. as far as i recall it was sunmaid raisins we got in small packages, when i was little.
- lotte: tak, ja jeg er også blevet forfalden til nærmest kun at gå i skjorter. omeletten havde helt klart helbredende egenskaber : )
- ne: selvfølgelig
- lorenza: i can’t get enough of autumn colors either! and i agree - nothing beats comforting meals!
- mothersvea: it was good! i have a bit of an egg obsession these days.
- ai: the omelette consisted of red onions, tomatoes, thyme and parmesan cheese well and eggs of course : ) there might have been red peppers in it as well..can’t remember.
- maria: me too! omelet rules! your welcome and it really is strange to write in the beginning : ) thanks for your sweet words about the blog!
- marion: thank you marion, i’m honoured to be on your list!
- elisabelle: thank you : )

well yesterday my brother and i visited our grandmother. a great trip but i forgot my camera there! don’t know when i will go and pick it up, so until then i have desided to draw a bit in the meantime. a small “one drawing a day” project!..we’ll see how it goes. thanks for all your comments on the cake post! i will let my friend helle know that her cakes made quite an impression.

i hope this owl drawing will be part of my bird postcard project…just have to make some adjustments/improvements and see how it fits into the ones i have made so far

- rudegirls: lige præcis - nam! lækre kager!
- lorenza: mmm crumble sounds great, i really like these types of cakes. may it be the first of many : )
- ai: i know almost overwhelming with all those delicious berries.!
- nathalie: that’s the thing..even though you eat lunch there’s still room for cake ; )
- ne: he, ja det er måske meget godt : )
- anairam: hehe your comment made me smile anairam.
- ida: JA, lagkage er noget af det bedste!
- epe, D: they were delicious
- máni: yeah i really like the colors in the first photo, looks almost analogue.
- anna: oh you are fasting, then i can imagine it being even harder to look at cakes…
